Nutrition plays a central role because it has to provide the substances that control the functioning of the body, provided that the right nutrients are present in the diet. Both the right nutritional advice and (temporary) intake of (certain) nutrients in the form of food supplements, like antioxidants can ensure that the body regains its basis to function as it should.

This is often combined with recovery from other factors that disturb the balance.

If necessary, additional tests can be carried out, such as faecal or blood tests. These tests can be used to further investigate intestinal health or to investigate whether a food allergy may be present.

The blood can also be examined for possible shortages, often in collaboration with the general practitioner. We can then work together to determine which (high quality) dietary supplements can (temporarily) support health.
