Here you can read which advice and guidance we like to give on nutrition, diet in relation to health or disorder. Your wishes, lifestyle and eating habits are the starting point in the treatment and the guideline for what you want to work on or towards. And, of course, good food remains a priority.
We will be happy to explore with you the possibilities of achieving the desired result with small changes in your daily diet and diet, such as lowering blood glucose, blood pressure and/or cholesterol, lowering your weight, and reducing the symptoms of, for example, PDS.
Do you want to know whether your diet is full, for example in the event of (the wish for) pregnancy, vegetarian or vegan food, whether your child is receiving sufficient nutrients? We are happy to answer you and explain this with an explanation.
In addition to personal advice and guidance, we also provide information about nutrition and related disorders to groups such as exercise in diabetes or COPD, to companies, schools and care providers to highlight the power of nutrition.
Nutrition and food is our passion!
Before we started our practice we wrote diet books about food allergy. In 2000 we started the dietician practice. Initially we combined this with work at a home care organization, then at a rehabilitation center and then as a dietician specializing in allergen legislation at a company that produces and distributes natural food products.
We now work full-time in practice. we have specialized in gastrointestinal disorders such as celiac disease (gluten-free diet) and irritable bowel syndrome, crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. we often and gladly counsel people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol; over- and underweight and many other diet-related conditions. we have a lot of experience with food hypersensitivity and affinity with natural foods.
